I’m part consultant, part technician, and I’m a specialist. All I do is produce financial forecasts.
As a consultant I offer a wealth of experience - of business in general, of accountancy, and of forecasting in particular. As a technician I use my own unique software application that’s faster and more cost-effective than the alternatives.
There are three stages to what I do
- First I establish exactly what you need. What are the objectives? What do you need to understand better? What do you need to communicate, and to whom? Who do you need to convince or persuade? (Even if it’s just yourself!) Is it simple or complex?
- Second, I build it for you. Quickly and effectively. I reflect back at you your vision of your business. I help you see its strengths and its weaknesses, and to spot both opportunities and problems sooner. I enable you to understand and then communicate to others what really drives your business, and to convince and impress those you need to.
- Third, where required, I encourage and support you in building forecasting into the way your run and plan your business over time, to give you the benefits that come with constantly improving your vision and grasp of the future.
