accountant or business consultant?

reliable, effective and viable outsourcing...

I’m well aware that you’re probably quite capable of producing a financial forecast. But just because you’re capable of doing something doesn’t mean you always want to do it.

You might prefer to stick to core activities, and this may not be one of them. Or you simply may not have the time, or be able to meet the client’s deadline on a particular occasion. You may simply recognise that a specialist can be useful, and there’s more profit to be made by doing nothing, sub-contracting the work and taking a turn on it. (Always nice when it happens!)

So if you ever see a client’s forecast as a distraction rather than a welcome fee opportunity, or you simply can’t fit it in, now you may have a solution - and still have a very happy client. And you can be quite comfortable that whether you sub-contract to me or introduce me to your client, I’m not interested in the year-end or compliance work, or the payroll or the vat or the tax advice.

(What I am interested in is building good, mutually rewarding relationships with others in my field, who can introduce me to business, and to whom I can return the favour.)
